Small business owners are a big part of UMB's customers. They wanted to target specifically small business owners in the field of dentistry. 

We thought we would meet these dental business owners right where they're at. Sending them a dentist file folder branded in UMB's colors and explaining UMB's unique offerings and services in a way that speaks to them in their own language.
